Shipping Policy

This policy covers all orders placed through houndofficial.com.au.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from Australia and are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches or peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Australia

Lightweight orders (0–1.099 kg): $7.00 flat rate
Applies to lighter items such as the Trail Bowl, Trail Lead, and Adventure Collar when the total parcel weight remains under 1.1 kg.

Standard orders (1.1 kg and over): $15.00 flat rate

FREE shipping on Australian orders over $150.00 AUD

Standard delivery is typically 2–7 business days. Delivery times may be longer for regional or remote areas.

International — New Zealand, Canada & United States

We ship to New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. International delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier enquiry. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
