Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning your item.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us with supporting photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by chewing, misuse, incorrect use, incorrect sizing, or use outside the product’s intended purpose are not covered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
