Free life jacket returns within 30 days

For HOUND Dog Life Jacket orders delivered within Australia, we offer free returns for a refund or size exchange. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request your return. HOUND covers return postage within Australia and, for size exchanges, replacement postage within Australia.

The life jacket must be unused: tried on indoors for fit only, with no swimming or outdoor use. Tags may be removed. Contact business@houndofficial.com.au before sending it back. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

For qualifying life jacket returns, these terms take precedence over the general tags, packaging, return-postage and return-and-repurchase requirements below.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees. The time limits and condition requirements for voluntary returns and exchanges do not restrict those rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for sizing issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning your item.

Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us with supporting photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by chewing, misuse, incorrect use, or use outside the product’s intended purpose are not covered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
