International

International delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches or peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist with the carrier enquiry. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
